Billing questions
What is a credit?
One credit is one generation: you send a prompt, Vantix builds or changes your app. Reading, previewing, editing code yourself and publishing do not use credits.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Settings → Billing. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for; your projects and code stay yours.
What happens if a payment fails?
The payment is retried automatically for a few days, and you can switch to another card under Settings → Billing. If it keeps failing the plan returns to Free — nothing you built is deleted.
Which currency do you charge in?
Prices are in euro. Cards from anywhere in the world work; your bank converts the amount at its own rate.
