Why this beats wiring it yourself
Exporting a zip is a snapshot. A repository is a project — one that survives you switching tools, and one any developer can pick up without asking what generated it.
A fine-grained personal access token, scoped to the repositories you name, is enough. There is no reason to grant more.
What Vantix never does with your credential
It never reaches the model, the chat history, the logs or the telemetry.
It is never stored in your browser — only with the encrypted broker.
It is tested against the provider before it is saved; a key that does not work is not kept.
Only the last four characters are ever shown back, and any workspace member who can build can revoke it.
